What We're Looking For:

We’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Psychologists, LMHCs, LCSWs, LMSWs, LCATs, and LMFTs to join our team. We offer full-time W2 positions with a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week, and supervisory roles are available for experienced providers. While DBT experience is a plus, it’s not required. Our clinicians enjoy a hybrid schedule with offices in Garden City and Rockville Centre, NY, and we also offer virtual positions for out of range clinicians. Evening availability and a willingness to work with children and adolescents are required.

What We Offer:

We believe that supporting our clinicians allows them to better support their clients. Our team enjoys comprehensive clinical supervision, a CEU stipend, and the support of a dedicated billing department. We provide competitive pay ranging from $35–$75 per hour, commensurate with experience and role. Clinicians benefit from a flexible schedule, paid sick days, and marketing support to help build and maintain their caseload. We also cover professional liability insurance for all staff.
